I mistakenly reviewed the wrong contractor

Threw OIL paint on the front of my landmark limestone after I paid him $13000 cash because I refused to pay an extra $900 after he abandoned the job for three weeks, left his tools all over my yard and hallway and tripled the price he originally quoted to refinish my door.  I then reported him to the Landmark Housing Commission.  
He removed my back awning and did not patch holes where screws were attached so when heavy rains came, I had so much 
water damage that I then had to remodel my kitchen.
He would often not show up when expected,  didn't call to explain his absence, left his tools in my yard and hallway for over a month after the work was completed.  Neighbors then told me "that's how he operates" and that he always leaves his tools at client's
homes because he doesn't have storage.
