He does a lot of homes in the area and he is very good. He is always very responsive and our place looks gorgeous when he finishes. I like him. He's been here for a while. Once he finishes his last leaf clean up in December, people won't see him in the winter time until April. He charges me monthly. He comes four times a month and its $70 a month for me. There's not a lot of property either because one has to remember that they are in Queens and it's not like they have an acre out in Huntington, but he does a good job. He does spring clean up, spring weeding and seeding which is about $150. He does it in the fall too. He's very good at keeping things growing for sure. He is good for maintenance. Over the years I've had many gardeners and I like him the best and his results are the best. He is very punctual and comes on every Saturday. He is very professional and does what he is supposed to do. He seeds, he puts up fertilizer and he does drug control. He does his job extremely well. He does know removal, but he doesn't do. I am waiting for him to come in April.
