John is very responsive to our construction ideas and implemented those combined with his ideas. He was very easy to work with. As he worked he let us know if he came upon some structural problems and offered solutions that were reasonably priced.

He has worked at my home as well as my mother's home.  He is always punctual, reviewed various options, dropped off roof samples, discussed pros and cons of color selection, offered cost savings options, managed time well around inclement weather, did interior molding finish work, cleaned meticulously afterward.  I have used his services for: full kitchen remodel including vaulting the ceiling and adding skylights (great aesthetic eye), 2 bathrooms, garage doors, windows and doors, shingle replacement, and more.  Always sensitive to budget without compromising quality.  He may not be available right away but he is well worth the wait so just plan ahead.  He has an extensive network of reliable and competitive sub contractors for tile, electric, plumbing, concrete, etc.  He will never steer you wrong and you will be thrilled with his work.
