Services seemed okay, at first, until Mr Wood became more and more lax about arriving to do the work.  He was highly unprofessional and rude at times.  When my husband and I tried to get five minutes to speak to him about the project one afternoon, he boldly walked away from us and said "I'm late for a game".  I tried contacting him numerous times to find out when he would be finishing the job with no response.  It was not until I threatened to fire him that he chose to respond.      Aside from his come-an-go-when-I-please manner, he also asked for more and more money throughout the job, yet could not produce a single receipt for his purchases.  We ended up going to Lowe's on several occasions to buy things for the project, including wood, screws, drywall, and fencing.  Things that he had said were included in the beginning became extras, somehow, at the end of the job.  He finally finished our project two months after the anticipated time. 
     He arrived at our home at 8:30pm on a weeknight to collect the rest of the money he said we owed.  When I told him I wanted receipts, he proceeded to harass me with phone calls and threatening messages.  He also flat out refused to speak to me, demanding that I "put my husband on the phone".  We have learned recently that he is not even licensed to work in the city of Hornell.  He alleges that he is licensed in Corning, though I am not sure of this.  This man is HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNTRUSTWORTHY.  DEFINITELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!
