 + -1 moreIf you don't know the brand of filter you have don't call this place for repair. won't bother helping you unless they know the brand. I wasn't loud or rude but the woman on the phone did not like the questions i asked in a very courteous manner and unwilling to help

Description of Work: We were given a quote on the phone and the bill came in for more. Also, the workers showed up in a rented truck which didn't give us a lot of confidence. I hope the pool looks good in the summer when we open it again. Fingers crossed.

 + -1 moreRobin and Anthony came out to our new home to teach us how to properly use our pool equipment, pumps, filters, etc. We've never owned a pool before so this was all very new to us. They evaluated the pool's neglected condition, came up with a game plan on how to treat and clean it before we winterize and close it up for the season. They were very knowledgeable, friendly and patiently answered any questions we had. Very glad they came because now my husband feels more comfortable knowing that he can take care of the pool properly next summer.
Description of Work: Made a service call to evaluate our new home purchase's pool and taught us how to properly use the pump & filter.
