Real Estate Service, Property Appraisal
Michael Lamorte with Houlihan and Lawrence. I had a house to sell because I had a friend who passed away and we were selling her house. This is the most professional realtor that I have ever seen in my entire life. He is fantastic.
He did the appraisal, he did everything, and he is doing the sell. He is fantastic. From the get go, he told you everything right up front. He tells you every step, this is the way it is going to go, this is what I think you can get. No punches held back.
I can't say enough good things about him. He asked me if he could use me as a referral and I told him absolutely. Not only does he emails you or texts every time someone is looking at the house or interested in it, he tells me everything that is going on. He tells me every thing the people said while looking, what time they are going to be there, everything. I told him I had to get a survey and he tells me ok you need to do this or that. I have had nothing but good things about him.
