That is our go to for vehicle service. We have been dealing with them since they opened. When it first opened, any new customer got a free oil change and I liked that. I like the fact that they have a number of express service bays for small things like oil changes and tire rotations. They offered free car washes with services too. 

I have been using them ever since and it is probably a 45 mile round trip. I figured we probably spent 8 to 10 thousand dollars over the years in service and repairs. They do what they say they are going to do! I have used their express service quite a lot and I have used the main shop for necessary repairs. That is why I keep going back. They have an unusual policy in that they will except other dealers in 25 or 30, maybe 40 mile radius service coupons. If somebody is having a special, have no problem taking a coupon up & they will match the price of the coupon. It is really nice! 

I think their price is fair. With the express service if you get up there the punctuality is pretty decent, with the main shop, I have usually waited for repairs, which often can take 2 to 4 hours. I would say punctuality is pretty good! 

They are polite, prompt and efficient.

This was my first time for Hamilton Honda Service. When I pulled up I was met by a person whom took my milage and gave me a ticket for the vehicle and told me to se Pat the service writer.  I asked if I was assigned a service writer like other dealers and was told no which I like because if my service writer was busy you had to wait for them. Here you got the next availabe writer. Pat was very friendly and wrote up my car. he then showed me to a food canteen where you can get free coffee, tea, etc. Or you canbuy danish etc. Yes they have a lady behind the counter to help you. I was impressed with this. When you get your drink you can sit in that room on a high table with chairs or to room #1 which is the quite room which has 4 computers to work on or just plain quite to read or go to room #2 a large room with a big screen TV or room #3 anothyer large room with another large screen TV and they have a kids room. Again I was impressed how clean and well orginized this was. Well within 15 minutes Dave the Service dept Manager met with me and told me that my headlight lense had to be replaced and that I should go see My sales person Humberto. I saw him and he took the light to the used car manager and was told to replace the light. Again I was impressed I thought I was going to have to fight for on. Humberto walked me back to Dave and told him it was OK to replace the lense. Dave said OK and again within 15 minutes my car was done. He told me no charge and that my car was washed and waiting for me. Wow, I was so impressed with this dealership..I live in a large city and we would never get this service with a smile. I must say from day one looking for a car to yesterday expierence everyone at this dealership from sales person, Finance person, used car manager now service writer, service depart manager and parts department are all professional and courtest. I will defently come back to this dealership.

We've used them for a couple for years. They're very good with the maintenance on the cars. I would recommend them. Overall, they're excellent.

I like the fact that it took them 15 minutes to put a battery in my car which meant that I wasn't sitting around waiting the whole day. They were very responsive, especially since it was an emergency for me. I went to them, and they did it right away. I use them all the time.

The service was good.  The workers and staff are friendly and customer oriented.  They are efficient.  The facilities are clean, organized, and comfortable.  They are as prompt as they can be.  I would tell friends that they are a good place to go for car maintenance.

I like them. They are close to my house. They have extended hours, including Saturday and Sunday. They give free loaner cars for things that will take longer. They will give rides home if I need it. I will use them again.

Prompt, professional service at a fair / reasonable price.  Work performed with good results and no subsequent problems or issues.  Service department provides maintenance / repair recommendations without pressure to have the work done then and there.

The wait was relatively painless. Plus, the people are courteous.

1. Hamilton Honda never recommends any service that is unnecessary for the vehicle.
2. Right from technician to Sr. managers, everyone is very professional.
3. I was informed that a leakage was detected when I went in for an express oil change. They set me up with an appointment right away. 
4. Though I was 1 hr late for my scheduled appointment, they accommodated me within 100s of other services they had scheduled that day. 
5. Service Rep explains all the problems and diagnosis in detail for the customer to take an informed decision.
6. I had a Honda Care Plan which I completely forgot about but the technician informed me about and also took the pain to look for the right code to associate with the plan so that I would not have to pay a dime.
7. I have been going to them since 2009 and I find them absolutely wonderful. They also provide you with coupons if they did not perform to their standards like delays and missed car washes etc.
