Wonderful. They went above and beyond. They put in the skylight and when it rained there was a sensor and it was supposed to close so the electrician came back to see why it was not closing and he could not figure it out. He went up to the attic. Then he called the company. It was Minnesota. He was here early in the morning and there is now a time difference. So he left he came back. He called them we spoke to them and they said well the rain has to hit the rain sensor itself. They told him to go up on the roof and spray water from a bottle onto the rain sensor and this way he did tell us it was working. So he went up back to the roof he squirted it with water and sure enough it closed. So the bottom line was that the rain has to be hitting a certain way in order for the sky light to close. That was the second visit after he had already installed it. He is such a pleasant man so nice. A pleasure to work with. That is what your looking for somebody who listens and is pleasant and does a good job. It was just a good experience. They knew what they were doing. He explained everything to me. The second visit there wasn't even a charge for that. The guy was up on the roof, he was in the attic. They wanted to make sure that the job was done right. He called Minnesota to find out from the company that made this skylight to know what was going on with the sensor. Price was very reasonable.
