generator service
+ -1 moreThey shipped it to the electricians. It was supposed to be the top of the line generator at the time and they came highly recommended. I got the generator and the electricians came out and could not get it to run. They ordered another part and it still would not work. I told them that I wanted a new generator and Generac refused to send me a new generator. They said that because the warranty had started they could not give me a new generator. They were impossible to deal with. In the end, the main contractor was able to get me the new generator. It was expensive. I would never use Generac again.
Description of Work: Generac Power Systems Incorporated installed my generator after super storm Sandy.
