Empire Flooring

They did the flooring almost two years ago.The workers were good, very professional, very good with no problem.

I had a horrendous experience with them. They came the first time and they actually laid out the carpet in the garage on the wet floor. They did not clean the floor ahead of time like they were suppose to have done. There was a basement and there was nothing  for them to do other than sweep the floor up and lay the carpet down. They decided that it was too close to lay the carpet down so they did it half way, came back again and laid it the rest of the way and needless to say because the floor wasn't cleaned underneath I was concerned with mold. They agreed to putt it up and replace it and it took them 3 more appointments to do that. They forgot to order the carpet one time, they forgot to come another time and the last time they came they ran out of gas in my driveway so I had to drive them to a gas station to get gas. It would have been a very easy job for them if they cleaned the floor the first time. I ended up spending $3600. when they did it the second time it looked good and hopefully we won't have any problem with the original one.
