This was my second time hiring Delair Lawn Care for a landscaping project. After good results with Heath Delair at my own home in 2013, I sought him out for a significant landscape refurbishing project at my parents house.
I did not have a lot of pre-conceived ideas on how the work should be approached. Having worked with Heath in the past, I trusted his vision and judgment. We set up a time to meet, and he showed up promptly. We spent a good bit of time, going over the site conditions and the objectives. Heath took notes and would get back to me on prices and ideas. Over the next few
days, he re-visited the site along with a mason who he consulted for the retaining walls and concrete work.
Heath was able to envision a plan that addressed out objectives and entailed removing a lot of old landscaping including rotten timber walls, timber stairs, LOTs of rebar, slate pavers, overgrown bushes, overgrown trees, poured concrete steps, a reinforced concrete retaining wall. The new work included a new retaining wall, new concrete stairs, sidewalk, plantings, topsoil, grading, lawn seeding and the stabilization and repair of a second retaining wall.
After meeting at the site again to go over everything in detail and agreeing on a price, Heath drew up an agreement that outlined everything discussed and gave me a start date.
The work started as scheduled and everything went very well. Everything was done in a professional workman like manner, including material scheduling and deliveries, masonry sub-contracting, the quality of the materials, plantings and workmanship were excellent. He made sure that the was cleaned up, secured and safe at the end of every work day.
The results were better than anything we could have envisioned and have made a dramatic difference in the appearance of the house. We were thrilled with the work and the results and would highly recommend Heath Delair Lawn Care

I gave them a call and they promptly returned my call. If there's been an appointment they would appear definitely on time. They made some suggestions. Executed as well as to how they told the job was done, cleaned up after themselves very nicely. I'm very satisfied with the job. I would use them again in the future.
