Throughout the process, Jason and his staff were extremely responsive and attentive to our issues. He asked pertinent questions and worked off a small drawing I had made for placement. He arranged for the city to come and mark for cable/pipeline and then informed us when he would be coming. The first day his staff worked from 9AM to 6PM and finished all the planter beds and edging, as well as removing top soil for the cement. Another worker came the next day and installed the cement forms. Then the workers came back and poured the cement. We had to leave when the cement was poured but when we returned we were very pleased with how they had "decorated" the cement patio with a troweled edge and decorative center square on each panel. Very pretty! They came back the next day and removed the frames and backfilled with dirt and grass seed. During all this, the staff would often ask us if what they did was OK with us or should they redo it ... would tell us what they were going to do before they did it just in case we had questions, and were very good about cleaning up after themselves. They were always very pleasant and easy to work with and were genuinely concerned that they did the best job and gave us what we expected. They even planted several items for me that I had purchased and were not in the contract. We are truly pleased with their work and highly recommend them. The whole experience was totally professional.
