Home Building
This is a top notch contractor. He communicates progress, decisions and concerns on frequent and regular basis He accounts for every hour worked, he works to keep costs down, his work is top-quality, he was on schedule (ahead, actually), AND he is a nice guy! He has a good sense of design which he blends that with what is practical in terms of budget. He took my job even though there were bigger jobs out there, and he was always cognizant of my financial constraints and my end goal. You would be lucky to have him as your contractor.
