The wall paper in the hallway has already started to pull away in several spots. We called him to let him know we were having problems. He came out and offered to fix the problem, but this date did not work out for us. We also had to decline an alternate date because we had out of town guests. He again called to come on a Friday, which is when my cleaning lady usually comes. After I declined this day, he informed me that the botched wallpaper was not his fault, and he will not be working for me any longer. I have since called several times, with no answer from Karl. He does have a very quick temper. The voicemail he left was a very long, ranting, angry message. My wallpaper is still in ruins and will require someone else coming out to my home to fix the problem for additional fees.

Let me start out by saying that I am ECSTATIC about Karl's work!
He has a wonderful work ethic. I called him in order to make an appointment for an inspection of the damage. He called me back almost immediately. We set up an appointment. He arrived on time on the day that we had agreed upon. He looked at the water damage, gave us a reasonable estimate, and made another appointment. His estimate was so reasonable that I felt guilty accepting it! I couldn't believe it! I was so happy! I'm still happy!
He covered all of our belongings before beginning his work. He took good care of our organ. He used runners on the floor in order to protect our rug. Within a few hours, he had completed his work including the additional small repairs that we had not discussed.
We really wanted to give him a tip for completing the extra repairs, but he categorically refused. He stated that we were nice ladies and he wanted to help us. Really? Wow! I walked away from him, picked up a tissue, and began to weep. I couldn't believe that in this day in time there was a man so kind and caring. I cried tears of joy because I value kind treatment very highly. No one in our home expected him to help us that way. We all are still very happy about what he did.
After he completed his work, he gathered his runners and covers. He then vacuumed the rug so that everything would be neat and clean. There was absolutely NO paint on my rug or on any of my belongings. He was VERY careful while he was working.
He sat down and wrote out the receipt. He also told us that he enjoyed working with us. We told him that we enjoyed working with him. He saw the tears in my eyes and the tissue in my hand. He said that he didn't mean to make me cry. I told him that I was shedding tears of joy. I told him how happy he had made me. I told him that I appreciated his kindness. He blinked back and said that I was going to make him cry.  It was a poignant moment. What a wonderful human being I found in Karl Schneider. I almost hated to see him go.
We will use Karl's service again and again and again. We will recommend his services again and again and again. Words can never express how happy I am with Karl Schneider. I'm doing the happy dance!
