I had a nice size leak in my sun room of a house I just purchased and water was coming in through the window wells. Chris came and gave a fair estimate and I decided to proceed. His guys were top notch. They arrived at 7am on the day the work was to begin and they finished the entire roof (shingles and all) by 8pm that evening. They took an old asphalt roof off and removed the yankee tar gutters, built rafter tails, replaced the fascia that had been damaged by years of water, made the roof pitch higher to promote drainage and finally installed 30 year shingles that match my brand new main roof. They removed all debris in a timely manner and Chris (the owner) was on site to thoroughly inspect the work that had been done. I couldn't be happier.
