Cablevision

I had cablevision for many years and was very happy. When Optimun took over the prices started to climb. With Cablevision the price was 45.00 for many years. Then up to 50.00. Optimum took over and gave me a special of 60.00 for basic TV and internet. My most recent bill is 91.97 for basic TV and internet. They are forcing the triple play plan for 84.99 for one year but we must be mindful of the fees. This does not include 6.71 for each cable box. Do we have to change service every year?
I'd like to hear more about what people have to say about their cable companies.

I am happy with their service. They upgraded their internet service recently and I had a problem where even though my bill was saying I had on tier of service, but the online was saying I had another tier of service. I called their customer support, they immediately transferred me to technical side, and we had the problem resolved in about 7 minutes. Since we have both TV, phone, and internet all with them, we qualify for their rewards program, which has been pretty nice. However, the one thing I don't like is the 8 to 5 thing where they will show up somewhere between 8 and 5, which makes me have to sit around the house all day, but they have to come out rarely.

Their service has been very good; I am pleased with them except that they are expensive but they are all too expensive.
