Shawn at Brush and Roller helped us transform a 1960's kitchen from dark and dated, to bright and modern! 
He installed new brushed silver hinges, handles and pulls on over 27 cupboard doors and drawers, and painstakingly prepped and painted, all cabinetry and a window centered in the kitchen. He was reliable and worked long hours to get the project done in time for us to list the house, and the results were astonishing.
His quote included a range of low to high, depending on any complexities that might pop-up during the job, and several did. It was a little more than we hoped to spend, by couple hundred dollars, but certainly still within his estimate. Being a huge kitchen in a 50 year old house, it's to be expected. Many things weren't "plum" or aligned perfectly, Shawn had to plane out a few areas to allow the doors to open and close better, and the dark wood required priming and multiple coats to cover. 
All things considered, his reliability, time invested, expert attention to detail and most importantly- BEAUTIFUL RESULTS, make me feel very confident in recommending Brush and Roller. When we sell the house, Shawn's work will surely pay for itself many times over.
