I had many contractors over the last few years come to my house to look at the sagging problems with my windows.  All said they wanted to replace them with new windows, which would be over $1000 each.  Steve suggested trying to fix them.  He removed concrete filler that was used to fill the gap between the window and the framing opening.  He then removed other parts of the window to allow him to get to the window frame itself.  He then screwed the top of the window into the framing opening.  This straightened the top of the window and allowed the windows to close (which some hadn't been able to do for years).  He then filled the outer opening with a piece of pine and caulked all around it.  He did this to all 9 windows on the front of our house.  All the windows are great now.  It was nice to deal with an honest contractor that was knowledgeable and very skilled.
