Home Building
Work performed over a two-week period.
I performed the entire demolition and he gave me no discount.
Good with plumbing - seems to prefer copper even though we purchased all plastic tubing.
I purchased all raw materials and there were lots left over.
Refuses to work on a legal contract
He quoted us $2000 and then jacked it to $6000 after putting in a bathroom vent and stating he ran into a floor joist that made it hard.
Will require you give him keys to the house so he can come and go as he pleases.
I had other contractors come in to do other things because he was somewhat slow. His attitude changed after that and started to
ask for payment half way through the job.
He had to return to fix some of the plumbing after it leaked.
Would not have him do more work.
