+ -1 moreIt was a free estimate. Andersen Windows is a little high, but their quality of work is very good, and their windows are very good. They are a little on the higher side, but it’s okay because their quality of work is great. They didn’t do the work, but I know people who have had work with them. I would give them an “A” for quality just on their presentation. When they said they were coming, they came. This was probably 3 years ago or so.
Description of Work: It was just an estimate. It was for a window.

+ -1 moreInstallers Steven and Earl were excellent. They knew exactly what to do, went right to work and made sure that everything was to my satisfaction when they finished. They cleaned up any mess that resulted and hauled away the old door and its accessories. I couldn't have asked for a more professional pair of installers. Thanks, Andersen, for sending these two guys to my house.

+ -1 moreThey were very straightforward. The sales rep was very helpful and walked me through right on the phone. They also sent an email that explains what to do if you need to contact them.
