When the work was done everything seemed to go fine. The man who came out was friendly, showed up on time and cleaned up after himself. I did think they were a little expensive but
However, just 3 months after the work was done the stripping started to come off and one of the cranks broke. When I called the company to see if they would come out and fix it they told me that it would be $150 just to have somebody come out and take a look. That does not even include the cost it might be to fix it.
I told them I would not pay because the work was done just a few months ago. He told me that it was probably broke because of something I was doing.
I really think this is not a very professional business practice and want others to stay away so this doesn't happen to them.
