I described the problem, The company was so busy with large jobs due to the storm damage, and he wanted to save me money. He was completely kind, and thoughtful, and professional. I am totally satisfied with the company, and the service. He told me on the phone exactly what I needed to do to fix it myself, saving me money and so I could have it fixed right away and not wait over a month for someone to come out.
I will call Sutton Electric first when I have an electrical job in the future !

Robert was punctual and got to work immediately. He fixed the problem easily and described what he did to fix it. Robert is friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. This is the second time that Robert's come to my home to fix an electrical problem. I will continue to call Sutton and ask for Robert for all my future electrical needs.

Robert was courteous and friendly. I was very interested in what he was doing, so I followed and asked several questions. Not once did he show impatience. Matter of fact he was quite instructional. At the end of the day I feel I received a good product for the cost. I highly recommend this company.

We had smoke coming out of one of out wall outlets. They did their best to find a technician to come to our home the Saturday of Memorial Day weekend. The technician was knowledgeable and explained everything to us. He even looked at and fixed another issue we had. Overall we were satisfied with the work and the price. The technician showed up after the promised time, but I still gave an A because it was the Saturday of Memorial Day. We will definitely use them again if we need an electrician.

The pendant lights are hand blown glass which are extremely fragile. Rob was careful and delicate with them. After installing all three he ran into a problem which was that the transformer in the last light was blown. I recommend using them.

Robert came the day after we called, explained what needed to be done and gave a cost estimate. He started a few days later
after saying it would be a two day job and power would be off about 6 hours each day, but not over night. He worked steadily and neatly within our time frames and finished up in 21/2 days, leaving everything in order.

It went very well. No complaints. Came by as scheduled to provide a quote. I received quotes from 2 other electricians. Decided to go with Sutton for pricing and licensed service. Completed the job in two days without a hitch. Very personable and easy to deal with.

Arrived on time. Representative, Robert was very nice and easy to work with and explained everything he was doing and asked questions as appropriate. We will have them back to replace two light fixtures that we still need to buy.

Robert arrived on time and proceeded to replace the ceiling fan, hook it up so I can work the fan without having the light switch in the on position as I requested. I had no lights in the bathroom. He found the switch to be worn out and had a replacement in his truck and installed it. He tested my outdoor lighting fixture and found it was not the light but the switch that was worn out and there was no power to the electrical outlet we use for radio, etc. in the yard. He replaced both with parts from his truck. He was professional and the price was reasonable. I recommend Thomas D. Sutton Electric without reservation.

This was the first time I've ever used an electrician and I must say, I wish all my home projects went as smoothly as it was using Thomas D. Sutton Electric. One phone call the day before and they came out the next day. He fixed everything that was broken and I'm extremely happy to find all my lights are now on. I definitely plan to use them for all my electrical needs. I highly recommend them to all others looking for electrical work in their homes.

he was here for just over an hour (about 65 minutes) and changed 4 light switches. about $20 in parts ( he failed to provide me with a written receipt) I was told $80 for 1st 1/2 hour and $40 for each additional 1/2 - and he charged me $160 for labor even though he was just a couple of minutes into the second hour and he spent a lot of time out in his truck . Needless to say I felt it unfair to charge me an addtional $40 for 5 minutes of work. He informed me company policy. I will not be calling them again

I realized I needed an electrician when I discovered that one of the prongs on the airconditioner plug in my living room appeared to have burned. I also wanted two other outlets to be checked out in my living room. I called Thomas Sutton Electric at 9:00am in the morning and they sent over Robert just a couple of hours later. Robert was professional and knowledgeable. He was very pleasant and courteous and explained what had to be fixed. He fixed the problem outlets and also found a bad circuit that he replaced for us. I will definitely use this company again for additional electrical work I need done in my home.

The workman arrived promptly around 8-9 am and began work on the worn out wiring. Then the four outlets including cover plates were replaced without problem. The 3-way switch was more problematic and he had to go out to get 2 box switches and special wiring. He finished around 2-2:30pm (including a lunch break).

He is was very responsive and very good. He was quick and gave us a fair price.

The job went very well. They answered our call quickly and were able to send someone out in a reasonable amount of time. The electrician was very professional and completed the job competently and quickly.

Lost electricity in about half of my house including heat and refrigerator. The electrician arrived within an hour, assessed the situation and immediately repaired the problem. The prompt response by this company was very much appreciated since heat was restored quickly and I was able to resume preparations for Thanksgiving. The electrician also suggested improvements to my electrical system and advised against a more costly service that was suggested by another electrician.
