Oscar Landscaping

I hired Oscar to replace an existing concrete driveway and level my yard. He did not pitch the driveway properly and now I have two large areas that puddle. I've tried to reach and out and call him since the job has been completed to see what we could do to remedy this and he doesn't answer my calls or texts. I had my boyfriend call on an unknown number and he answered and said we would have to pay to have it fixed. I texted him saying I explained the situation to a friend that was planning to use him which then got his attention. He texted back saying to call that he doesn't respond to texts, which I did but his mailbox was full and he wasn't returning calls. I called him and he said I could pay him for a drainage system and that it was a difficult driveway. If I would have known it was "too difficult" for him I would have never hired him. This is no way to conduct business or to back your work. Very disappointed.

He charges me $100 a month for keeping the lawn clean and neat and anything else is extra. Through the years he's been good.
