Good price and excellent job!!! Removed two big oak trees Strongly recommended

Very impressive company. Removed 2 giant Sycamore trees that were much too big, and too close to my home. They showed exceptional skill and knowledge; and had equipment that allowed them to safely remove enormous sections over a fence. The bravery and skill of men who scaled, tied sections, cut through giant limbs, and safely, and accurately lowered them to the ground. I'd worried about a hot tub that was very close, but not a branch was allowed to touch it. The clean-up was flawless. I would highly recommend Green Valley to anyone needing tree service/removal.

At 9:15 PM, I put in a request to HOMEADVISOR for a company that could remove a tree (located in the back of my yard next to my garage) and some unwanted branches from a neighbors tree that is hanging over my property threatening the roof of my garage. At 9:21 PM, I received a phone call from a Alex Sandro from VALLEY GREEN TREE SERVICES. We spoke and an appointment was scheduled for 8:00 AM for the next morning. At 8:15 AM, Alex arrived at my door and we proceeded to where the work was to be done. We came to an agreement on what was needed to be done and I was offered a fair and in my mind a favorable price. Later in the afternoon, Alex s crew arrived. I met Jorge, (who was going to be using the chainsaw to take care of the unwanted tree and branches) and explained to him what Alex and I agreed to. Jorge climbed the tree and climbed on the garage roof and proceeded to do his job. When a large part of the tree came down, the rest of the crew brought it to the front of the house fo be disposed of. They worked together like a well oiled machine. When they were finished, they did a great job to fulfill my needs in a timely manner. They cleaned up so well that unless you were there, you wouldn t know the work was done. I would like to take this time to thank this highly efficient and professional team for their effort and what was accomplished. I highly recommend THE VALLEY GREEN TREE SERVICE COMPANY and this particular team with Alex and Jorge for their effort and what they accomplished. Thank you again. Original estimate was good, but adding additional pruning increased the cost.

The work was well done and I'm happy with the pricing, but they were unprofessional about trying to schedule the removal with only 1 day's notice over a holiday weekend. Also, they said they would chop the shrub without removing the roots if it was too difficult. Thank god we were there to make sure that didn't happen.

I was totally satisfied with the Owner and Crewâ s professional procedure in removing hanging branches from a neighbors yard that drop leaves and acorns throughout my backyard! They efficiently and safely removed everything that was cut down followed by a great cleanup!
