Overall, they did a good job. My only issues were with the anti-mold treatment and their payment methods. Although it was environmentally friendly and safe, the treatment had seeped upstairs and gave us headaches. In terms of payment, they had requested that we pay the bill before we received confirmation that all mold had been successfully eradicated. Thus, we had a back and forth on that matter as well.
