10 MINUTE OIL CHANGE

Utterly horrifying experience. They broke the inner housing while changing the oil. Then asked that we pay for a new cap. They tried to insist that we had to let them fix it, but I declined. The really awful part was when the mechanic that broke our car told the tow truck we had called that he had called the police, and refused to let him tow our car to the dealership to be fixed. The final straw was when he ordered our family out of the shop, with our two children present. It was pouring rain at the time. I never knew that changing your oil could be such a horrifying experience.

They're awesome. I'm a big fan of them. I'll grade them overall definitely an A. They have excellent demeanor. They know how to work with somebody who is a lessen knowledgeable car owner. They provide honest advice without trying to sell anything so that's nice. They make sure that my car is safe. They kinda bring me in the garage and show me what's going on. They're very thorough and professional.

I've been going to 10 Minute Oil Change for about five years. They live up to their name. I get a discount when I go because I'm a regular client. They are very good, they are very polite. If there's anything else wrong with your car they come out and tell you. If you need washers or something they tell you and you can buy the parts and get them to do it or do it yourself. They don't pressure you for them to do it. I would recommend them.
