We were in the process of completing the sale of our house...one of the conditions of the contract was the removal of a pellet stove and the restoration of the interior and exterior walls to their original condition. Ray Seney was one of the people that the local retailer of the stoves suggested that we call. We are so glad that we did. Ray came over that same day, submitted a bid and was able to take care of the work within a week. The work was outstanding...you would never know that the walls were not original...right down to the matching of the grain in the beadboard! While he was working on the stove removal, we experienced a backup in an air conditioner drain resulting in damage to a bedroom ceiling. Once again, Ray was able to step in to deal with the repair which ultimately required the replastering and repainting of the entire ceiling. He did a fantastic job, fully restoring the ceiling. It looks great! Ray was punctual and professional and a pleasure to work with. If he was running even a few minutes late he called to let us know. He was extremely neat...even going to the extreme of vacuuming up any dust that may have drifted into other rooms.
