Although they were on time that is where the good review ends. I made it clear the hedges were formal and needed straight lines. When I called back Paoulo to show him how crooked all the hedges were he insisted they were fine and customers that ask for work to be fixed will never be satisfied.There are so many other tree companies and its not worth paying a lot of money for poor work and no option to remedy the situation with the company that happily accepted payment in full.
