All went smoothly. Prompt response and work completed quickly. Wonderful workers. The owner was patient and attentive, explaining what was wrong, what needed to be done, and how it would be done. So professional, but also caring. I felt safe and was completely satisfied with the job done.

On Christmas Eve two of his assistants came and repaired the system.However,a few days later it stopped working.We called Mr. Di Giacomo and he came right away with his assistant.They spent the entire day trying to fix the problem.According to Mr.DiGiacomo ,it was a really brain teaser.The next morning he returned and finally fixed the problem. For the next three days we were away,but we trusted him with our keys and he checked the system to make sure it was working properly. He did an excellent job and we would recommend him to anyone and will use him again.

John (owner) came out on an emergency call from myself and pinpointed the issue immediately and acted efficiently on handling the issue at hand . He is 100% honest with what has to be done and will give you the best possible route to go that is cost effective to help the home/business owner save on their end as I can validate he did this for me. His workers are top of the line and well experienced to handle each problem accordingly, and ultimately resulting in a proper fix leaving the customer 100% satisfied with a positive piece of mind that all with be ok with their plumbing issues going forward. John DiGiacomo and his plumbing staff did a wonderful job for us. They were efficient, very knowledgeable, came on time each day and cleaned up every day for the next day's work. We had a big job and there was a great deal of work to do. John DiGiacomo explained exactly what needed to be done and since we had many questions, he always answered us fully and patiently so we could understand the work and why it was needed. We found John to be extremely responsible and very responsive to our calls and needs and we feel we have found a true plumbing professional. We would confidently call him again should the need arise and recommend him highly.

I have used F DiGiacomo through the years for plumbing and air conditioning with stellar results, but this time they went above and beyond In the middle of a three day heat wave they immediately came and accessed and diagnosed the problem. Technician Rod explained in detail why the system wasn’t working properly and also explained several options. Later manager John called and explained my options, suggesting the less costly and less intrusive option, which I chose, which was to replace the condenser with one that was compatible with my system. He told me he would get the condenser as soon as possible and install it just as quickly. As promised a Received a call From office manager Margaret who told me that a technician would be at my house at 8:30 AM the next day. 8:25 AM the next day Rod was here and had me up and cooling with in 2 hours.the job was performed neatly and efficiently at a reasonable price. This company is reliable and trustworthy, with a staff of professional and courteous people, I highly recommend them for heating and air conditioning and plumbing.

This is not my first time using DiGiacomo and it will not be the last. My experience was so exceptional this time it is worth sharing. We had no heat and our boiler had very low water pressure. I spoke with John (the owner) on the phone and he quickly diagnosed the issue and walked me through a short term solution over the phone. He was clear and precise but most importantly the heat is back on. We then scheduled a time for a repair to be completed. I think the phone walk though is impressive but the truly exceptional part was he walked me through the solution before we even scheduled a follow up! He wanted us to have heat - business came later - it’s the sort of service you hope to get but rarely get elsewhere.

The technicians came within the hour and repaired easily.

It went well. They showed up on on time, finished job in the timeframe they gave me and stayed in touch during the entire time. Cleaned up.

It was a 4 hour job, and the boiler works like its new, and it only cost 1/8th of what the other quotes were to replace the boiler, which obviously wasn't necessary. With no discredit to other quotes, this firm was insistent that I had more life in my boiler, and it is fine.

Good job, explained everything , neat and courteous.

They arrived on time, completed the work quickly and cleaned up after themselves before they left. I would definitely hire them again for my plumbing needs.

From the moment I called in F DiGiacomo & Sons Inc were great to deal with.  The work was done flawless by Richie. We already discuss another project I want done in the near future. Highly recommend! I thought their price was very good, considering plumbers are never a bargain. 

Highly recommend this company.  John was amazingly responsive and helpful.  We ended up doing a couple of other needed repairs after he replaced our water heater.  We will definitely call him to service our heat and AC units.

I could not have been more pleased with our interaction with this plumber!  They were professional on the phone and were able to get to us pretty quickly which we greatly appreciated.  Upon arrival the owner had brought his own shoe covers which we also appreciated having just had the floors done two days before -- the owner was very knowledgeable(especially with older plumbing) and was very professional and personable.  We are so happy we found these guys

Very prompt service, the team is personable and thorough in explaining matters. Work done in rapid manner.

Service went well. John DiGiacomo was nice and fair with his estimate. George came a week later and did a great job extending the gas line and hooking up the dryer. They also put a hard duct lint exhaust and hard piped the water tank. Service and Price was good. Will use them in the future.
