Everything went perfectly.   Office staff asked some good questions about the project which eliminated the need for someone to estimate the project before the work was done.  Pricing was appropriate.   Would definitely use again

The electrician who disconnected the unit caused the thermostat to cease to function.  Once informed, he sent someone back to house to resolve the issue.  In the process, he discovered that he had blown a fuse in the thermostat and replaced it.  The electrician sent me a bill for all the time spent, including time spent diagnosing and repairing the blown thermostat which was caused by his technician.  Further, despite repeated emails to his office and phone calls, only his receptionist called me back and when I asked for an explanation of details in the bill, I was told the owner would need to get back to me and he would do so later that day...that day was December 8, 2014.  I did not hear back from the owner until today (March 3, 2015) when he called to bark at me that he had not been paid in full. He told me during the call he would research things and get back to me.

They came out right away. They did a great job and we have used them before.

Scheduling was easy and the electrician was very professional and did a terrific job.

I'v used Crest Electric for a number of small jobs in my house and have always found them to be professional, punctual and neat. They arrive when scheduled, are very friendly and get the job done. I'll definitely use them again!

After the electricity did come back on after a week during the recent
Hurricane Sandy storm, our boiler however did not also come back on.
After our heating company determined that our circuit breaker had
shorted out, they directed us to contact an electrician. I contacted
Crest Electric that morning and they were able to provide me with a
verbal approximate estimate based upon the information I received from
our heating company. They then prioritized our repairs due to us not
having heat, and came out the same afternoon, which was during the
height of the storm clean-up. The electrician who was sent out was very
professional and kind. He was able to determine the exact problem and
replace one of the breakers fairly quickly, and then also repaired a few
other problems for me. We will need more work done for the entire circuit breaker at a later date and I'm awaiting an estimate for this project.

Excellent experience overall. Initial inquiry was promptly responded to, work was scheduled for a mutually convenient time within a week of the initial contact. Work was completed as expected and cost was less than I had anticipated.

I have used them before. They are not the cheapest, but they are excellent. They do very good work. They have hung chandeliers, put in panel boxes and have done a lot of work for me. They are neat and tidy. They are nice. You don't have to worry about having them in your house.

They did a great job. They were on time and professional. We felt the price was reasonable. They were friendly and polite. We haven't had any trouble since they fixed the outlets.

Crest is by far one of the better electrical contractors in the area. They gave us a demo of what they were going to do before they commenced work, and then they came back and followed the plan perfectly. They were always prompt and very professional. I do not remember the price they charged us because it was part of the overall contract we had.

THEY WERE PROMPT. THEY CAME AND DID THE JOB. THEY WERE EFFICIENT WORKERS. I THOUGHT THAT THEIR PRICE WAS FAIR. I WAS PLEASED WITH THE WORK, AND I WOULD CALL THEM AGAIN.

THEY DID THE JOB THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO DO IN A TIMELY MANNER. THERE WAS A PROBLEM, AND THEY CAME BACK AND FIXED IT RIGHT AWAY. THE MOTOR ON THE FAN BLEW, AND THEY IMMEDIATELY REPLACED IT.
