We dumped a rival provider that we had used for about 14 years because of flaming incompetence and high-handed indifference.
Erhart got us set up with a new tank and connection and for the last couple of years they have been out propane provider.  To date,
they have been first rate.  They have an especially impressive service staff:  you call them, they listen, and they address your needs right away.

They responded wonderfully when their very young and inexperienced salesman failed to show up for the appointment to scout the property out for best tank placement. The result was that when the installer dug up the ground to do the installation, he inadvertently cut some electrical lines. They covered the cost of the repair with no questions asked, and quickly too. They have been completely professional, helpful, and kind (a seemingly lost value these days) every time I deal with them. 
They exemplify old-fashioned customer service.

We have been pleased with them. One time we had a leak in our propane tank and we called them and we were able to reach them on a weekend. It was a Sunday night and they came out and diagnosed it. Next day they came out and fixed it. If we didn't have to bother to wait for the service on the furnace and they came and did the service. We also have a program that we pay monthly. The only time we were unhappy with them was one time they send me a bill all in December from August.
