They created a master piece transformation. Very skilled and high quality workmanship. Finished on time and on budget. Recommended many enhancements/improvements not in our original plan that made a huge difference in the finished product. Created innovative solutions to the not so perfect property they were dealt. Ours was a whole house renovation. We highly recommend them for any minor or major renovation.

Chad Doolittle and his team have provided building maintenance, upgrades, painting, repairs (including replacing an old sink and burst pipes most recently), snow and ice removal and a variety of other services to our three-story historic property used for multiple tenant professional office spaces. In all of our work over several years he has provided detailed estimates (and often came in under the estimated price), high quality work, excellent contact and advice over the course of projects, obvious efforts to contain our cost, scheduling of work sensitive to tenant use, and coordination with local regulatory bodies when necessary.
