called Tom and he got back to me the same day and came over a few hours later. I have heat and hot water again!! He was great. very nice person to work with. i would definitely call him again.

He showed up on time, examined the problem and fixed it.  We are very happy with this service provider and will continue to use their service in the future if we have any other issues.  We will also use this company to replace our split air conditioner this spring.

He arrived on time, checked out the system, explained what needed to be done, did the work, and cleaned up. Quite professional. He was slow in sending a bill, but that was not a problem for me.

Tom and his crew came to install several thermostatic valves on old radiators that were overheating in our home. They arrived right on time, did the work carefully and efficiently-- which involved also bleeding every radiator on 2nd and 3rd floor several times-- and when they were gone, you could not tell they had ever been there. Literally, not a trace of waste, not a chair out of place. Tom was clearly knowledgeable and had great technical abilities. We are thrilled to have found him.

|As an aside, I first called Tom when I thought I had an emergency-- boiler not firing at 7:30 PM one night. It restarted for my husband while I was still on the phone with Tom, so he did not need to come out. But my call was answered, and he would have been out within the hour had we needed him. Excellent service!! I ended up making the appointment for the subsequent work above.

Tom was recommended to us by a friend, and I can see why. He was pleasant to interact with, and he and his assistant did a great job. They showed up when promised, and it took them less than two hours to replace the old toilets with the new ones. I was particularly impressed with their attention to cleanliness. They made sure any water was immediately wiped up, and the bathroom floors looked nearly spotless when they were done.

Mr. Civiletto is a very pleasant guy to work with. He is very professional, and he knows what he is doing. He and his guys installed the new furnace and sump pump, and they did a great job.
I think he is a very busy and popular guy, and that maybe makes it hard for him to get back to folks quickly. It seemed that he needed to be more than one place at a time. I'd rather have that, though, and have quality work done at a fair price!

When he actually did the work, it was done well and expeditiously. They also cleaned up after themselves better than any one else I've had work in the house!

They were GREAT - on time, tidy, quiet, respectful, competent!!

The company has performed annual maintenance work on our oil boiler for 2 years in a row. They have completed the work thoroughly, on time and professionally. We are very happy with them and will continue employing them.
