AVOID!!! The previous owner was a good mechanic... but there is a kid named Brandon who bought it and the quality went to zero. I had Brandon change inner and outer tie rods and had to bring it to Firestone for the alignment. Brandon had screwed up the torque and didn't use Loctite when installed. The rods had loosened. When Firestone opened it up it turns out one of the inner tie rods had not been changed! Brandon said it was a defective part and the coating had rusted out. (Highly unlikely.) He changed the part "under warranty" and I STUPIDLY had them change brake pads and rotors and flush the brake fluid. Going down a big hill the brakes didn't work properly and I went right into an intersection and nearly got creamed by a truck. HOLY SH*T! Furious I called Brandon and they bled the brakes. They hadn't gotten all the air out. But ZERO apology for almost causing my death. His promised to refund me the brake fluid flush over the phone and reneged in person. I had to threaten small claims court and he relented. AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!

Fast, friendly and reasonable!

Courteous service, explained the problem, did not try to upsell but provided a reasonable assessment of the issues and costs upfront. If they were more convenient to my home I would use them again, but it will depend on my ability to drop off/pick up the car. As far as the service, no complaints. Time will tell in terms of quality, but so far (2 month later) so good. Thank you.

I was very happy with the service I received.  They really took care to make sure the job was done right, and when the diagnosis proved more difficult and time consuming than originally anticipated, they spent a good deal of extra time to find out what the problem was but did not add on extra labor charges. They explained everything that was done every step of the way. Service was professional, and they took the time to make sure it was done right.  I would definitely recommend Vinny's Garage for auto services/repairs.

Anthony installed the device and spent lots of time with us showing us how to use it. He was very patient and understanding.
