the floors look great but the hand, shoe and tool marks on my freshly pained walls were quite bad. I needed to patch a few dings and repint a few areas. The owner,Mike, was responsive and offered to do the repairs. I will use them again but will better supervise the work

Very professional at store when we initially visited and then when he came out to our house. Tom was on time, thoroughly reviewed our flooring situation and within days we had our estimate. We did not select Tom's Flooring because we were able to get a less expensive estimate for the same service.

THEY WERE VERY NICE TO DEAL WITH. THE SALESPERSON CAME OVER TO THE HOUSE AND EXPLAINED EVERYTHING TO US, BEFORE WE GOT INVOLVED. THEY CAME ON TIME, ALL THE TIME. WE HAD IT DONE A WEEK BEFORE CHRISTMAS.
