OMG I can't say enough about the work and attentiveness of this service provider! I called him and he was busy but came to my house within 15 minutes. He assessed the situation and knew the resolution immediately. He had any tools and materials needed and got right to work the next day. When he got in to the project it was more work than anticipated, (because the original ceiling had fallen), he know and did what he needed to do and didn't charge me any more then quoted. That doesn't ever happen! I have already asked him to build a deck for us. I will NEVER call anyone else! Wonderful experience. An no I had never met anyone in his company before. I swear.
