All service went extremely well. The first call to TAP was an emergency and he came early the following Saturday. No problem. The second call, outlined above, was taken care of ASAP (about 3 days later) and other work was performed in addition to solving the original problem for the call. All steps of the work were thoroughly explained.

Joe came to the house to give an estimate within one day. Listened to my concerns and discussed options. He provided a quote on the spot and stuck to his price. He started the work within just a few days. He arrived promptly when he said he would, did the job quickly and efficiently - even eating his lunch while working - and cleaned up the area when he finished. All in all I was very satisfied and would definitely hire Joe again.

Took a little while getting started on job, however the Christmas holidays were between estimate and start of project. Proved to be an excellent, prompt, pleasant, courteous, neat contractor. All jobs completed are excellent.

HE WAS PROFESSIONAL AND DEFINITELY DID THE WORK IN A TIMELY MANNER. ALL THE WORK WAS DONE IN A PROFICIENT TIME AND PASSED THE HOME INSPECTION LAWS. THE MAN IS GREAT, HE'S VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE.
