They were very good. I have used them several times.

I would tell someone they do excellent work. There were two people that came out. It takes about an hour to complete the work.

Workers arrived on time. I pointed out the grout areas that were especially dirty. I was given an explanation of the services and price. The tile/grout looks better than it did before the cleaning, but some areas of grout still look "darker" - the areas that I had pointed out as being especially dirty. Areas of dirt left on the tiles I had to clean myself. Walking on the tile after it had dried produced a "crunching" feel under my feet. When I inspected the bottom of my shoes there was a fine white powder the consistency of salt or sugar. I've vacuumed twice and used a Swiffer so hopefully this residue is gone, or I'll have to try wet mopping. Also, cleaning solution was tracked onto my hardwood floors and although the worker used a dry mop to clean up I had to wet mop to get the residue off.

Price was fair.  It took half a day, two workers and they were fine.

We booked our appointment online via their website without any issues. There were 2 servicemen who arrived on time and completed the job within the time frame window we were given. I was amazed at how clean our tile/grout looked after they were finished. Price was reasonable.

Mike and Pablito were on time and very efficient. They did a nice job.

Rugs look excellent and furniture looks new again. Excellent work and excellent workers!

The job went great although the original $99 special offer was not "applicable"  -- the cleaning people were punctual, neat, courteous, professional and fast.  They particularly focused on and re-treated specific areas of the two carpets for pet stains (there were two Stanley Steemer service people).  The $99 special did not cover what they did and I paid quite a bit more, but I felt it was worth it in the end.
Only ONE disconcerting problem:  After awhile some of the original stains that they cleaned came back up through the carpets .

THEY ARE OUT OF HERE IN A HALF HOUR AND THAT'S WHAT I LIKE. THEY ARE VERY TIMELY. THEY WILL CALL ME AHEAD OF TIME OUT OF COURTESY. I HAVE THE WHOLE STREET USING THEM. THE CARPETS DRY QUICKLY. THEY ALWAYS CALL LATER AND ASK HOW THE EXPERIENCE WAS. THEY DON'T HIRE HOODLUMS.
