RAYNOR SHINE

I've used Raynor Shine for a few projects, the largest was fixing and staining my deck. Tim is conscientious and professional. He is also creative when an issue needs a non-standard fix - I had a short piece of siding missing below my back door and he came up with a great solution.

He showed up the next day after I called him (after calling us back). Fixed both doors in about an hour. Very pleasant and professional. We were thrilled to find someone who would do a small repair so promptly and do it well. Would definitely call him again.

Without getting into too much detail, this is 2nd time I've used Raynor Shine and I'm more than satisfied with Tim's professionalism and quality of his work. He is flexible to work with, professional, and punctual and reasonably priced.

Tim showed up promptly at the agreed upon start time. He had another contractor with him named Joe that he introduced us to. He and Joe went over the details again of what we wanted done, and Joe went quickly to work. Since our house is so old, the doors are oversize and needed quite a bit of work done to bring the door frames down to a more manageable size.
Joe finished 2 and 1/2 doors the first day, and the following day he was back bright and early to finish up the last 1 and 1/2 doors.
The job looked great. Everything was packed up and cleaned up both days. We would not hesitate to call on them again.

It was professional all the way. Tim, the owner arrived at my home at the appointed time to review the jobs and give an estimate. We set up a repair date and on the appointed day Tim and an assistant came right on the dot to the agreed time. Both worked diligently and without breaks until all was completed. Cleanup was minimal and done quickly. I am looking forward to hiring Tim again in the not too distant future.

I intend on using him again.

I thought it was going to be a big fix and very costly as it was the water was traveling from some place. Tim climbed up on the roof and identified the most likely reason and the easiest to fix. He gave me an estimate, told me when he could fix it and did exactly what he said he would once I gave the go ahead. This only cost about $100. He is very professional and reliable. While fixing the issue on the roof, he also noticed several other issues which needed to be addressed...he gave me an estimate and I ended up also having them fixed, about $700. I was very pleased with his reliability, his cost, and his knowledge.

It went fine. He did what we asked him to do.

They are excellent: professional, courteous, responsive to emergencies, able to seek creative solutions, fast and efficient, and prices are very competitive.

Provider arrived on time and did work quickly. He even helped me reinstall an outoor screen which I couldn't do myself at no extra cost.

He's a great guy, very honest, and very straightforward.
