Description of Work: Called several times for a quote; he hung up on my wife and then me! All i asked is if he repaired a broken pane, and he hangs up! And NOT a phone glitch!

 + 0 moreProvider came to my house in late June to take measurements and requested a $55 estimate fee. Hadn't mentioned the fee before, but he said it could be applied to service so no big deal. He said he would provide an estimate after the 4th of July holiday. Today is July 26th, and we have yet to receive the estimate that we paid for, we get the runaround every time we call ("he left for the day" or "still waiting to hear back on something"), and the provider scolded my wife for giving his secretary a hard time! Completely unprofessional from start to finish, stay far away!

Description of Work: Replaced a single pane of window glass, cost of glass $15.00 +- installation/delivery charge $100.00 +-! I was never quoted this and was astonished when I was told the bill. I had them send a copy of the invoice with the break down. Am still in shock!

 + -1 moreI had used this vendor before, on good recommendation, to replace the windshield on my classic 1961 Imperial two years ago, and they did a very good job then, so I sent my son there when his glass cracked. Apparently, they have a very different attitude toward more ordinary cars like his. They spent just a few hours on it. They broke most of the surrounding trim. They mislocated the glass on a too-thick, sloppy bed of silicone. They failed to do anything with the rust. They just stuck the trim down (sort of) with more silicone. Horrid quality! Ethan went back to object as the trim blew loose on the way home. He was told that they didn't bother doing a better job because the car didn't look like it was worth it! They refused to do any further repair, or to help pay for the replacement trim and clips (not all were broken, but the thick silicone prevented them fitting again or being reused). The new windshield broke on its third day. When done, this job will cost three times the 'Quality' Glass price.
Description of Work: In theory, according to the order, they were to replace a cracked windshield on my son's 2000 Subaru and clean & repaint a rust spot at the opening, while the glass was out.

 + 0 moreThe replacement of the cloudy thermopane window was very well done. It was done within the estimate and time frame in a professional manner. Everything went very well. My wife and I are very pleased with the whole job.
Description of Work: This past winter, one of the sliders on deck lost its seal and became cloudy. I called Quality Glass on the recommendation of my neighbor, Mike came out and measured for the replacement. He called when the the glass was ready and came out with another man and replaced the glass. Looks like new. Work was done professionally and quickly. Quality has my thanks and recommendation ot anyone else who needs thermopane wildow replacement.
