Provider came to my house in late June to take measurements and requested a $55 estimate fee. Hadn't mentioned the fee before, but he said it could be applied to service so no big deal. He said he would provide an estimate after the 4th of July holiday. Today is July 26th, and we have yet to receive the estimate that we paid for, we get the runaround every time we call ("he left for the day" or "still waiting to hear back on something"), and the provider scolded my wife for giving his secretary a hard time! Completely unprofessional from start to finish, stay far away!

I had used this vendor before, on good recommendation, to replace the windshield on my classic 1961 Imperial two years ago, and they did a very good job then, so I sent my son there when his glass cracked. Apparently, they have a very different attitude toward more ordinary cars like his. They spent just a few hours on it. They broke most of the surrounding trim. They mislocated the glass on a too-thick, sloppy bed of silicone. They failed to do anything with the rust. They just stuck the trim down (sort of) with more silicone. Horrid quality! Ethan went back to object as the trim blew loose on the way home. He was told that they didn't bother doing a better job because the car didn't look like it was worth it! They refused to do any further repair, or to help pay for the replacement trim and clips (not all were broken, but the thick silicone prevented them fitting again or being reused). The new windshield broke on its third day. When done, this job will cost three times the 'Quality' Glass price.

I dropped off 2 screens at troy and asked them to come over and pick up a broken window and 2 sliding screen doors. They fixed everything with very good quality.

The replacement of the cloudy thermopane window was very well done. It was done within the estimate and time frame in a professional manner.
