He arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the problem and promptly fixed it. He charged a reasonable fee and everything was back in place when he finished.
The reason I gave them a B and am not calling them again is a review I saw where things went terribly horribly wrong. Due to the length of time since I needed repairs, I was afraid that the service may not be what it has been in the past.

Service technician attempted to repair the existing ice maker, but found it unrepairable. I found the price for the service call and the new ice maker very reasonable.

As soon as he walked in, he was professional and very thorough. He did not waste any time. He knew exactly what was wrong and got to the point. The prices are reasonable and they are a dependable company to work with.

I had used this same company years ago and their service was great. When the repairman came he told me that this was an ongoing problem with this same machine and it was very expensive to repair. I ended up buying a new washer from them which was delivered and installed within an hour. I should have bought a new washer from them three years ago and I am sure I would not have had the problems I had. They are local people and very honest and reliable.

THEY WERE ON TIME AND VERY COURTEOUS. THEY CAME RIGHT WHEN I CALLED THEM AND WERE FINISHED WITH THE JOB VERY QUICKLY. I KNOW THEM, AND THEY ARE VERY TRUSTWORTHY.

HE IS A LOCAL GUY, AND I LIVE A MILE AWAY FROM HIM. HE IS THE TYPE OF GUY I CAN LEAVE THE DOOR OPEN FOR. I WORK AND I'M HERE ALONE. HE HAS DONE WORK ON MY WASHER AND DRYER. HE IS EXCELLENT. HE IS ON THE ROAD A LOT, AND HE TALKS WITH HIS WIFE TO SET THINGS UP. HE IS DILIGENT, PROMPT, HONEST AND GOOD TO DO BUSINESS WITH. IT WORKS WHEN LEAVES.
