House Cleaning
Joyce and her partner routinely failed to clean the floors, mudroom, counters, dust, vacuum the stairs and do the shower/tub. They ignored notes I left to clean what they overlooked. After their most recent visit when they did a particularly bad job, I called Joyce, but she did not return my call. After a week went by, I called again. She never returned my calls and failed to show up on her next scheduled cleaning day. Joyce is not only a lousy cleaner, she's unprofessional.
