HE IS A CREDIBLE INDIVIDUAL. HE TAKES PRIDE IN HIS WORK. HE DOES THE NECESSARY FOLLOW-UP. HE OCCASIONALLY DOESN'T GET BACK AS QUICKLY, WHEN HE'S USING HIS CELL PHONE CONTACT. I CAN UNDERSTAND THAT BECAUSE IT'S A ONE MAN SHOW, HE DOESN'T HAVE A STAFF.
