I had injured my right arm this spring, and was looking for a reputable repair shop to perform some of the work I would normally have done myself prior to my injury. Having been very pleased with a body shop I had used in the past, I called them to ask if they could recommend repair shop in the area. Without hesitation they recommended Ernie's. Ernie's estimate was very reasonable, taking into consideration a special center link was needed to accommodate the steering damper on my car. The shop was clean and orderly and Ernie and his service personnel were friendly, knowledgeable and professional.
My car was taken in immediately at my appointed time. John, the front end technician, performed the work expertly and road tested the car. I couldn't be more pleased with the results. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone needing general repair work. I plan to have Ernie's install shock absorbers on the Buick this summer.

I have been going to Ernie's for about 3-4 years now upon the recommendation of a friend after our mechanic left the area. Now that I have moved away from the area, whenever I go home I almost always prevail upon them to look at my car, since they do such a good job. My car has always been kept in good shape due to Ernie and his crew, and they do a great job in getting everything done that needs to be fixed. You don't feel pressured to get something done that you do not need to, and you can always ask for a breakdown or explanation - I do often since I do not know much about why my car needs certain services.

Ernie also suggested services that should be completed after a certain period of time after he noticed that my car was having a recurring issue and that made things less costly since I had less problems. I would recommend him to everyone I know.

The turn around time there is good, They are always professional and trustworthy. It is easy to get ripped off by mechanics these days. They have really earned my trust and respect.
