Albany NY.....I bought an RO system ran just to the kitchen sink. The tech came on a Friday afternoon. Saturday night I went down and saw all this water on my basement floor. A slow leak so I waited until the next day and reported it to the salesman and 24/7 service along with the fact that I had purchased an extra set of filters which were not left. NO ONE CAME TO LOOK/FIX THE PROBLEM!! So on Monday morning I hired my own plumber to fix it (a nut which was loosened by the tech and not tightened enough) and BLOCKED this company from my phone. If they don't care to hear me then I DON'T CARE TO HEAR THEM ASKING FOR PAYMENT!!!! They are incompetent and thieves. I ignored them for 2+ years and then they brought me to court. Because I didn't respond to the courts I lost out and had to pay them. THEY SUCK!!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.

The install and then getting you an overpriced system is not at all the issue… it’s the follow through! As far as the set up and when I first signed up in the beginning of 2020 things were fine. There was a mix up with my at the sink water faucet, which the installer was mildly annoyed about. But I asked for black and wanted what I asked for. Fast forward to the summer 2021. Service has been an absolute joke!! Salt deliveries are months late. No one ever calls back, the first people you talk to always want to tell the manager and “have them call you” and they do not. I pay for a monthly service fee for them to ensure I have their help when needed and to take care of my salt. But they have done very poorly with this. I would recommend you look elsewhere. I wish I had done much more research, between the system cost being over priced and the absolute disaster of an office they currently run there are a lot of other options you can look into. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Work was performed as scheduled, on time, and in location requested. Installer was professional and cleaned up after. Did a great job managing a more difficult spigot requested to be bypassed. Culligan tends to be higher priced, but equipment is reliable and serviceable nearly forever. We expect lower lifetime costs with an HE model. We are happy with our decision.

Although the first technician could not complete the repair because needed material was not on his truck a second technician was called to bring needed parts. Repairs were promptly completed and tested.

The people I deal with there, I like a lot. I have really bad water so I have a lot of treatment. It doesn't work all that well but I like the people who do it. The system is not totally capable of dealing with my water. They could be more cost effective. They are expensive.

THEY HAVE ALWAYS BEEN PROMPT AND RESPONDED TO OUR NEEDS WHEN THEY OCCUR. THEY ALWAYS FIX OUR PROBLEMS. THE QUALITY OF THEIR WORK IS GREAT AND THEY DO IMPROVE OUR WATER.

I HAVE ONLY DEALT WITH THEM FOR SEVEN MONTHS AND THEY ARE GOOD SO FAR. THEY ARE HERE WHEN THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO AND THEY ARE ON SCHEDULE. WE ONLY HAD ONE GUY COME TO THE HOUSE AND HE EXPLAINED THE SYSTEM TO US. THEY ARE NICE ENOUGH ABOUT IT.

HE WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. HE TESTED THE WATER AND WENT THROUGH THE CHOICES WITH THE SOFTENER. THAT WAS VERY WELL DONE. THE GUY THAT INSTALLED IT DID IT IN A VERY TIMELY MANNER.

WE WENT FROM SKUNK WATER TO VERY SOFT WATER. IT'S NOT A BAD SYSTEM. I THOUGHT THE INSTALLING PLUMBER WAS GREAT, HE WAS VERY METICULOUS IN THE WAY HE PUT THE APPARATUS IN. IF WE CALL, THEY COME RIGHT OUT.

I THINK THAT SOME OF THEIR TECHNICIANS ARE QUITE GOOD AND SOME NEED MORE TRAINING. I NEED TO BE HERE WHEN THEY COME AND THEY WERE VERY NICE PEOPLE TO DEAL WITH. I THINK THAT THEIR DIAGNOSING MIGHT BE THE PROBLEM.

THEY ARE FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL. THEY ARE ALWAYS VERY TIMELY. WE HAD HARD WATER. THEY ANALYZED THE WATER AND PROMISED IT WOULD BE SOFTER, AND IT IS. THE WATER PURIFICATION IS EXCELLENT. I THINK IT IS A FAIR PRICE FOR THE SERVICE WE GET.

THEIR PRICES WERE A LITTLE BIT EXPENSIVE, BUT THEY CAME IN AND DID THE JOB AND TOOK CARE OF ANY PROBLEMS THAT WE HAVE HAD SINCE. THEY ARE A PRETTY REPUTABLE AND DECENT COMPANY.

THEY WERE GREAT. THEY WERE, ACTUALLY. IF I REMEMBER CORRECTLY, IT WAS THE SALESMAN WHO CONVINCED US THAT WE DIDN'T NEED THE MOST EXPENSIVE THING SO HE SAVED US MONEY.

GENERALLY IT'S VERY GOOD AND VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY'RE NOT THE CHEAPEST GUYS AROUND. ON AN ANNUAL BASIS WE PROBABLY SPEND DOUBLE ON THEM THAN WHAT WE SPEND FOR HEATING AND AIR CONDITIONING.

THEY WERE VERY EFFICIENT. THEY'RE FINE. I WAS VERY SATISFIED. THEY DID WHAT WE EXPECTED THEM TO DO AND WE HAVE NO PROBLEMS WITH THEM. I HAD A COUPLE QUESTIONS AND I CALLED THEIR OFFICE AND THEY ANSWERED MY QUESTIONS.
