"I asked client how I could have gotten a 5 rating "I don't think humans perform tasks at a 5 which would means perfect. That implies no room for improvement. " Not sure what else I could have done. I traveled to the home on a morning we got 12" inches of snow, met with her for a hour to go over what she need to have done, completed the drawing in a week. All for what she agreed was a very reasonable price."
