They were not able to get through the driveway as the trees are tall. There's a limit as to how high it could go up for their tools. Overall, they did good.

THEY HAD TO TAKE THE GATE OFF FOR THEIR MACHINE WHEN THEY COME. THE LAST TIME THEY CAME, THEY DIDN'T PUT IT BACK ON. I WASN'T HAPPY ABOUT THAT BUT THAT'S THE ONLY TIME THEY'VE DONE THAT. I'M USUALLY NOT THERE WHEN THEY COME BUT IF I'M NOT HOME THEY CAN DO IT. I FEEL LIKE I CAN TRUST THEM, I HAVE HAD THEM CUT MY GRASS FOR A FEW YEARS NOW.
