These contractors were misleading and deceptive in their business practices. Many jobs were started but not completed. Hired workers created jobs that needed to be redone. Voiced questions, comments, concerns were responded to in an explosive, disrespectful and intimating manner followed by Mr. Fanning walking off the job site for a few days or even a week. These contractors were found to be unresponsive, unreliable, unprofessional and unreasonable. On May 20, 2006, Mr. Fanning called to advise us that they were not coming back. When questioned about providing the island, Mr. Fanning said you give us a check for $3900 and you ll get the island. All attempts at contacting both these individuals after this phone call regarding the island and other missing items were futile. We are entitled to receive a refund for the cost of the island that we ended up purchasing in the amount of $606.69. This should have been supplied before the second payment was requested and received .
