meeting and walkthrough we had such high hopes.
We thought the estimate was high, based on what we had paid other
companies for past move out cleans of rentals, but Catherine seemed confident
in her ability to deep clean and was proud of her attention to detail. The service was, however, disappointing. First, I thought she had a team, based upon
the other reviews I had seen, but it was going to be just her doing the whole
house. Second, she said none of her
clients had ever had a problem getting their deposit back but I?ll be surprised
if we actually get more than half. She talked
more than she worked, cleaned very superficially, asked us for a broom since she
did not bring her own, and she even thought leftover bits of air conditioner foam
insulation around the window was mold residue so she left it dirty. Overall, I?m
very disappointed that we had to spend our time to clean again after her. We had initially considered hiring her to
clean our new home on a regular basis but needless to say after this experience
that is not going to happen. I would not
recommend her unless a very cursory clean is needed and you don?t mind paying
higher fees for poor work.
