About us

Service Calls: $80 service call charge plus $88/hour labor rate during normal business hours 8am-4:30pm M-F. Emergency service calls placed after normal business hours are subject to a $120 service call charge plus $132/hour labor rate. Materials and parts are additional. Contract Customers: Customers who sign up for a preventative maintenance agreement receive 1 furnace and 1 air conditioning inspection per year (total of 2), in addition to a 10% discount on labor and parts and priority emergency service. Agreements start at $279 plus tax per year. Please inquire. Installations: Please contact our office for a free residential installation quote. Our salesman will come to your home at no obligation, no cost to you and assess your heating and cooling needs.

The technician came within the specified window and repaired the nozzle that was causing issues with the flow of natural gas to the furnace.  They also inspected and made sure other items were in proper working order.  The only negative aspect of the service call was that the technician took it upon themselves to remove and discard my Premium 3M furnace filter (~ 2 weeks old) and replace with a very low quality fiberglass unit without discussing this with us (My wife and young son are both asthmatic and require the higher efficiency filter to remove particulates), so on top of the costs associated with the repair I had to go out and purchase a new 3M filter.  If I am to ever use this company again, I would certainly make sure to inform them that they are NOT to remove filters.
